Arizona Surveying and Mapping (ASAM) is located in Phoenix and we are one of the largest independent surveying companies in the state. We have been providing surveying services in the Valley for over 21 years. ASAM offers the complete range of services including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, lot splits, elevation certificates, commercial and residential development construction staking and much more. In addition to the latest Leica total robotic stations and laser levels, we utilize state-of-the-art GPS equipment.
One element of the ASAM vision is continuous improvement with the goal of always exceeding our customers’ expectations. We are proud to share that our customer satisfaction score for 2008 was over 95%!
ASAM brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Ken Converse, Senior Vice President, is one of four Registered Land Surveyors (RLS #29259) and has 32 years of surveying experience. Ken oversees the Construction Division. Mike Sullivan (RLS #46808), who is our Chief of Parties for the Construction Division, has 23 years of surveying experience. Mike provides crew training and field supervision in addition to assuring complete communication and coordination with project superintendents. Lance Dickson (RLS #46643) has been with ASAM for 13 years and heads up the Mapping Division. Our party chiefs have been surveying for many years and, together, account for over 100 years of experience! An internal CADD team supports all of our field crews.
